This place is my new go-to car wash. I was very impressed with the quality of work they put in to every car. They even cleaned the interior of my vehicle as well. Looked brand new when they were done. Gave each of the girls that worked on my suv a nice tip. They deserved it.

Great people to talk to. They make sure your car gets focus if you need it. Everyone is there to make some money. So tip well if they do well. Minimum wage sucks no a days. The entry clerk is always kind. I do wish they could do cash at the entry. But I can handle the exercise of walking in when needed. I also like that, for my truck, they hand wash and dry, Keeps the brushes from doing any possible damage. And honestly, for the price, its a great deal.

Nate took care of me as soon as I got out of my car. Signed up for a monthly membership and I’m impressed with what I’ve seen so far. Missed a few spots on the wheels but the guy was just excited to work on the BMW. Noticed a small scratch from what looks like a surface scratch but it’s nothing that I can’t take care of. Overall it’s great.

Handwashing at its finest....13 bucks for handwash , rim cleaning and tire shine...yes please. Update... 4/15/2022. They charge 30 bucks now ...for exterior hand wash...rim cleaning and tire shine as well as vacuum the interior and clean the inside....still worth it! Don't forget to tip for all you cheapskates!

Had an issue where a cyber truck was unable to be moved, my car was left unattended for 30+ minutes as other cars went in and out. Benny (im 80% sure is his name) came over to us to let us know he would be taking care of the car. I was a little short with him as I was pretty frustrated. He absolutely saved my experience. He took his time and did an amazing job! Recommended a good burger place nearby. 10/10 would let him clean my car anytime. Only recommendation I can make is look into a better key system. That was a pretty big part of the delay. Cars were ready and they couldn’t find the keys for the owners. Benny, thank you again you’re a champ. You’ll see me again soon!

They’ve been doing a great job on the complete wash for four years on two vehicles, and they do fairly well on the drive through washes (they’ll let you through a second time when they miss stuff).

Jack's is giving me the best value in Fresno for keeping my car nice and clean. I'm using the basic monthly subscription and it's PERFECT for me. I do a lot of sales calls for my company (Five Star Painting of Fresno-Clovis) in my wrapped car, and I need it looking nice. I couldn't find a better price in Fresno/Clovis, and I find their service to be excellent. Thank you, Jack's!! Keep up the good work!
